Despite having a decent Metacritic rating of 73, the StarTrekIntoDarknessmovie failed to build on the domestic success that the original JJ Abrams reboot had established four years ago.
The project would cut a 30-second version of NASA's We Are the Explorers promo (after the break), minus the administration's official endorsement, and run it in at least 50 major movie theaters for eight weeks following the launch of StarTrekIntoDarkness on May 17th.
