An astronomer makes the case that the best place to search for habitable planets may be very close to White Dwarf stars.

"The distance of this White Dwarf from the Sun is 63 light-years, which is very near our solar system compared with most stars in our galaxy", Luhman said.

The team found the dancing stars while surveying for White Dwarf pairs using the 6.5-meter Multiple Mirror Telescope on Arizona's Mount Hopkins.
