You know how last summer, during the forestfires in central Russia, I went around to different regions that had been affected in order to help people rebuild their houses.
As I wrote several months ago, the media did the same thing with the hot summer, arguing frequently that this recent hot dry summer proved a trend for extreme temperatures, drought, and forestfires.
