The effects of varieties, such as the mixing proportion between the epoxidized polyurethane and epoxy resin, the kind and dosage of the curing agent, the solidify condition, the mixing proportion between filling agent and resin, the surface preparation on physical mechanical capability are investigated. Meanwhile, the chemical corrosion and the water-fast capability are tested and the reasons why properties have improved are analyzed.
考察了端环氧基聚氨酯与环氧树脂的配比、固化剂的种类及用量、固化条件、填充料的种类及用量、表面处理等因素对胶粘剂性能的影响,测试了改性后的胶粘剂的力学性能、耐化学腐蚀性和耐水性,并分析其性能得以提高的原因。
