abstract:The United Bermuda Party (UBP) was a political party in Bermuda. It represented itself as centrist party in favour of a moderate social and fiscal agenda.
The Alliance was only formed in May 2011 as a merger of the two main opposition groups, the former governing UnitedBermudaParty and the Bermuda Democratic Alliance, in an effort to stop splitting the anti-PLP vote.
