Article 1 This act is enacted to promote a well-planned urban land redevelopment, revitalize urban functions, improve urban living environments, and to increase public interest.
第1条为促进都市土地有计画之再开发利用，复苏都市机能，改善居住环境，增进公共利益，特制定本条例。
