Irina Bokova, the Executive Director of the Confucius Institute Headquarters, Madame Xu Lin, as well as the founder of the Nishan Forum and former ViceChairman of the Standing Committee of National People's Congress, Professor Xu Jialu, will speak at the opening session of the Forum.
