Chinese chestnuts of Qianxi were dealed with by wet method and the determination of the content of Se in chestnuts was discussed on the influence of the proportion of nitric acid and the perchloric acid. In the system of ferricyanide potassium and hydrochloric acid,the determination conditions were optimized by standard-curve method and quantitative analysis was acquired.
