ObjectiveThis study chosed young age(≤40 years)and old age(≥60 years)female operable breast cancer patients. Using the pathology materials and molecular biology marks,we compared the differences between the two age groups and analyzed their biology characters.
目的本研究选取青年(≤40岁)及老年(≥60岁)女性乳腺癌患者手术后标本,进行标本活检并测定其肿瘤标记物,对比研究两年龄组间差异,分析其生物学性状,以指导临床工作中对不同年龄组治疗方案的选择,并为进一步从不同年龄组其它性质特点角度进行病因研究奠定基础。
