Good bakeries will offer a variety of bread, including a baguette tradition, an artisan-made loaf containing just four ingredients (flour, water, yeast, salt) and noadditives.
It contains nothing artificial, absolutely noadditives and furthermore, the provenance of the milk used to make it is well known: it contains no antibiotics, no steroids and no growth hormones.
The company insists that after careful taste testing, no one will be able to tell the difference and it will taste exactly the same, but given some of the super tasters I have met through my work in the wine and spirits world, I find it virtually impossible that such a change in alcohol content can go unnoticed, especially with noadditives to compensate.
