John Robertson, an economist in Harare, says the country's hyper-inflation is being driven primarily by the government borrowing money to cover recurringcosts such as wages and operating expenses.
But the design that is best to win that prize is not necessarily the best design to operate as a commercial vehicle for space tourism, where having low recurringcosts is more vital.
"With the cloud you have more recurringcosts you can finance out of operating funds, as opposed to digging into your capital fund, and you have way less responsibility for maintaining, upgrading and protecting all this hardware every few years, " says Mr. Daher.
