If however, you joined for any other reason (e.g. interest in your work topic, growth opportunity, good compensation, meaningful opportunity to make a difference in the company, etc.) then the coolnessfactor is just not a big factor.
Perhaps it has more to do with engineering and design excellence, with the user experience, with the coolnessfactor, with the perceived value, and with the desire to support a better future for America that we hope to pass on to our children and to their children.
