Party B must notify the Board and Party a of such transfer.

The equipment shall be road transported in wooden packages by Party b.
设备运输采用木箱包装，公路运输，由乙方负责。
Party B agrees to pay deposit for monthly settlement as credit guarantee.
乙方同意向甲方支付月结保证金，作为月结信用担保。
Party B should pay the compensation of damage claim in this case to Party a.
乙方应将本案损害赔偿请求的赔偿金支付给甲方。
Party B could appoint the color, brand and package of products or neutral packing.
产品的颜色，商标，包装由乙方指定或中性包装。
After the liability is verified, Part a shall return the mould cost paid by Party b.

This agreement shall contain 2 copies. Party A and Party B shall have one copy each.
